Asset Manager, Andrew has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and in that time has worked in all facets of the industry. This includes leasing and selling residential homes, leasing and selling commercial properties, property management and developing properties including supermarkets, shopping centres, petrol stations, fast food outlets and residential properties.

Highlights include: Leasing an ex-Bunnings in Springvale. In just under six months I leased the centre to tenants including: The Good Guys, Pets Friends Pets, Crunch Fitness and Bottlemart.

Taking a concept right through to completion of a large shopping centre - overseeing the construction, sourcing tenants, ensuring each tenant's fit out met stringent guidelines, and opening the centre on time and under budget. Tenants included: Chemist Warehouse, Target, Ritchies IGA, EB Games, Sanity etc. The centre included a large centralised foodcourt and a 500 car basement carpark. Locating multiple sites for fast food tenancies including Red Rooster and Guzman Y Gomez as well as many independents.
