An excellent result at last weeks auction at 5/18 Melrich Road, Bayswater. Auctioneer David McGuinness along with colleagues Andrew Hill and John Katselas selling the property under the hammer in excess of $100,000 over the vendor reserve.

3 bidders put their best forward and with the 15th bid securing the property at $3,038 per square metre, both vendor and purchaser were thrilled with the outcome.
